| We
are delighted to introduce our newest program ‘Studio At Home’
to meet the needs of some of our more dedicated young artists and
their busy parents. Art Party Play Dates studio experts will travel
to your home to meet with you and your young artist to assess his
or her home practice. With your direction we will develop a plan
to build a dedicated area (as small as four by four feet) in your
home for your child’s studio. After a consultation we will
return to build/install the studio and stock it with all the art
supplies he or she will need.
Families may schedule weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly visits during
which your studio expert will return to your home to meet with your
young artist or artists, discuss his or her work, evaluate what
supplies need refreshing, offer new techniques and approaches, and
answer any questions that may have come up in his or her home practice.
Please note: We can build a Studio At Home for one artist or for
multiple siblings.
Step
One:
One of our studio experts will travel to your home to meet with
you and your young artist(s) and sit down to do a portfolio review
and learn about what your child(ren) are working on in their home
practice.
Step Two: Together we will find a place in your
home to build a dedicated studio for your child(ren). Dedicated
work areas may be as small as four by four feet for one or more
children. Based on the work in which your child(ren) are already
engaged, we will suggest art supplies and approaches to develop
young artists work. |

Step Three: Upon approval,
we will return to install a studio for your child(ren) and stock
it with all the materials young artists will need to develop their
work. At this point we will also work with your child(ren) to introduce
them to any new materials, instruct young artists on how to care
for materials, clean-up, and treat their work in progress.
Step Four: Together
we will develop a plan for Art Party Play Dates studio experts to
regularly return to your home, help children with their work, and
refresh art supplies. |
